The initial period that applications were accepted was from July 1 to July 31, 2015. On September 24, 2015, it was revealed that there were no winners. Re-recruitment began the same day and ended November 1, 2015. On November 20th, it was announced that applicants chosen to move to the next round would be contacted through the mail.
