Possum City was founded by outlaws during 1899, when they were hiding from Police. The first thing they did was establish a police department to stop outlaws. The morons got caught by these police, but bribed their way out. This started the tradition of corrupt cops. Possum City is now a modern day city. It still has amazing crime levels, because the police are either on the wrong side, or just to lazy to do anything. This went on for a while, but then Fatman emerged, and the crime level lowered by 2% (that's not much).
