The Imperial Council of Ministers, also known as the Imperial Executive Council, is the chief advisory committee of the Youngian Emperor, also serving as the chief administrative organ of the Youngian Empire. The Council consists of ministers, appointed and dismissed by the Emperor at will. The Council issues government proclamations in the Emperor's name, regulates and supervises the Bureuacracy, appoints and dismisses government officals in the Emperor's name, and issues ceremonial orders for the military. The Council execute the Emperor's will and give him advice on legislative manners.
