Tucker is a wise Shetland pony and a supporting character in the film Racing Stripes. He is voiced by Dustin Hoffman, who later voiced Shifu. He is usually seen with the equally wise goat Franny. Tucker, having secretly watched Stripes at the Blue Moon Races, approaches him and suggests that he get proper training first before trying to race. Stripes, in need of a rider, chooses Channing and convinces Goose the pelican, to sabotage Channing's motorcycle and Nolan's old pickup truck so that Channing can ride him to her workplace at the Kentucky Open. The plan works, and Channing, with Nolan's reluctant approval, rides Stripes to the Kentucky Open.
