Using an incendiary attack on the papers on Jack's desk can cause them to combust, thereby reducing them to a pile of ash and completing the challenge. It is a simple matter to train a suitable gun on the paper and shoot, but a "Meteoric" Oz kit can also suffice. In this case the combustion is triggered by leaping off the desk and initiating a slam attack on the floor.
