New Herswick's Honourable Dylan Anthony Charles Charano (born 15 February 1973) is a New Herswegian politician and the current Prime Minister of New Herswick, having served in that position since 23 May 2008, the day after predecessor Stuart Fahlay's death. He is a member of the "Zakou Party".
