Mr. No-No is an anthropomorphic wolf character from The All-New Popeye Hour, only appearing in the "public service announcement"-type segments that followed the longer story segments. The wolf would often be seen engaging in dangerous or destructive activities, (e.g. the consumption of toxic substances) and prompt Pipeye, Peepeye, Poopeye and Pupeye to do the same, until stopped or turned away by Popeye. Popeye would then denounce his foolish ways, teaching children a life lesson.
