The Mover EX is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. Mover EXs have high defensive properties in addition to strong attacks, so fighting them requires ways to bypass Vitality, such as Costly Punch or Gil Toss. They possess the powerful Graviga and Ultima spells, in addition to the rather powerful Delta Attack ability, so it's highly advised to defeat them first and foremost if they appear in battles.
