Jell-O was the brand name of a gelatin dessert popular on the planet Earth in the 20th century. In 2371, Neelix prepared Jell-O, complete with a little fruit cocktail, for the 37's on board the USS Voyager, much to the surprise of Fred Noonan. (VOY: "The 37's")
