By using Wind Release, Kan holds his hands together. While they appear to be touching, they are in-fact not nanometers apart; a space so small that not even the three great dojutsu can distinguish how small the gap is. He then creates a powerful vacuum around his hands as he taps into the energy between them to create a powerful attack.
