Fin Donnelly (born May 27, 1966) is an American politician serving as a U.S. Representative for Pacifica's 1st Congressional District, a position he has held since 2009. Donnelly is a Democrat. Before serving in the House, he served two terms as a City Councilmember for his hometown of Coquitlam, of which a large part is in the 1st. Donnelly was an environmental lawyer and activist in prior years.
