The Maze Master of Zagor is the overseer of the Maze of Zagor. He is a learned wizard of great power who surrounds himself with books. Such is the power of this wizard that some have suggested that he may even have been Zagor himself, using the guise to assess entrants into the caverns below the Mountain, should they get so far as to challenge Zagor.
