Nimfferry sits west of Firhill and Lee's Crossing on the coastal plain, south of Cape Shad. Its southern pasture creep up into the Dergan Hills and loggers from Nimfferry cut into Sylwood Forest. The Silk Road runs along side town, and crosses the Dissen River on a broad stone bridge.
