The Schlesinger Cup was a single-elimination competition held at the end of the season, contested in Austria from 1928-1932. The tournament was named in honor of Oskar Schlesinger, who had served as president of the Austrian Ice Hockey Federation from 1919-1927. It was contested by the top five teams from the Austrian Championship. The first team to win the tournament four years in a row or five times in all would earn the trophy permanently. Wiener EV claimed it for good after winning it for the fourth consecutive time in 1932.
