Lysally is the capital and the second most populous city in the Liara Pentarchy (the most populous being Imaris), and also capital of Matriarchy of Lysally, the largest of the pentarchy's five member matriarchies. Lysally lies on a T-shaped island jutting into the Shotni Gulf from the central western coast. The city proper had a population of 150 thousand in 612214. Lysally is the fourth most expensive city for expatriate employees in the region, and in 612214 was the 4th most expensive city in the known world.
