Learning to controls the elements takes a considerable amount of skill but the results are worth the effort. This feat allows the caster to form a bolt of energy to hit one target and do damage of three distinct types; fire, cold, and elemental. Each aspect of the elemental attack is considered seperately for purposes of spell damage bonus and critical effects. The base damage is 20 points of damage per element. There is a 5% chance that the caster will lose control of the fuse energy and suffer 50% of the normal damage. Activation of this feat expends 1 use of Arcane Study and has a cooldown of 10 minutes.
