This enemy launches a pellet into the air and creates a fire cloud upon contact with the terrain. They can cause huge LP losses, especially if combined with the Blue Roundhead Stickman, which can slow characters down. Since they're absurdly weak against Fire - their own type, have a character wield a Fire type weapon to dispose of them quickly, along with other characters using their respective weapon types to the other stickmen that will attack them, as well. If a Fire type weapon is not available, a Freeze type weapon such as the Magician's Freeze Explosion 6 will do a fair amount of damage to them.
