Sir Scraggly is Yukyuk's dog, who he uses to ride around. He is clearly Mr. Scruffy's counterpart in the Linear Guild, as Mr. Scruffy is a cat. He has a very good keen sense of smell, as he was able to sniff out Mr. Scruffy and attack him.
