Bakari (also later known as Kokabiel) is the presently only known General of Zodiark's Warlord Dictatorship in the "The Grid Series" as of Power Rangers: Angel Force and a Member of his Inner Circle, it is assumed in the Second Season that his rank has potentially increased along with Zodiark's expansion into The Griseus Empire, he is also from KO-35 and is described as being talented ever since he was young. Later, it is revealed that Bakari has been ascended and has been plotting Orphan's return for a very long time, Bakari's Celestial is actually Kokabiel - General of Orphan's Grigori and the only Celestial to have been sent into the future by Orphan.
