Kristov DeKarav I was the first patriarch of the Karav Dynasty. He was the architect of Beluzia's political culture in the era of the Sovereign County, and became its 3rd head of state. His predecessor, Tackoppe I, was his partner in the Tackstov coup d'etat which brought the new oligarchist system in place. He was known for his socially liberal and economically moderate policies, as well as his strong belief in federalism. At times, he led a mighty military, which was feared within Beluzia. Iker Ado was his stronghold.
