Morie Antilles ascended to Chancellor of the Galactic Systems Confederation in 201 ABY after his inept predecessor was forced out of office. Premier of the House of Antilles, noble family of New Alderaan, Morie Antilles, born into a family renowned for their political acumen, was able to bring much needed stability to the crippled confederation. In 214 ABY, his first and only child Jett Antilles was born. Jett would later serve as Chancellor of the Systems Confederation, being the youngest ever to take office.
