Matthew Carter is the assistant of Father Jacob & technician of Angel Grove Mountain. He assists the rangers by sending Spirit Cards to them during battle. In a later episode, Matthew becomes the Holy Knight. As the Holy Knight, he has the power of all three elements: Air, Earth, & Water. It's also revealed that Matthew is actually an android.
