The Adriatic Commonwealth or Agreement of Dubrovnik is an intergovernmental system of 15 members that were all territories of the former Illucciot Colonial Empire or are currently a part of Illuccia. Its headquarters are currently located in Dubrovnik, and it is like the British Commonwealth of the 20th century. Libya is not included as it was only owned by the Socialist Italo-Balkan Union for two years.
