Dotte (no last name given) was a Komarran woman who worked as a clerk for Swift Shipping in Solstice Dome. She was friendly with Tej Arqua, who she knew as Nanja, and walked with Tej to the bubble car stop at the end of the workday on the day that Ivan Vorpatril paid them a visit. She thought Tej was crazy for passing up on a chance for a date with Ivan.
