The Tuchanka Center of Energy & Resource Management is a branch of the Tuchanka State Union. It handles how resources are consumed by the Tuchanka State Union and it is responsible for making use of more efficient energy sources. The Center of Energy & Resources has a very efficient plan for rationing resources; to a point where they can gain more resources than they use. They ration out resources to other branches of the Tuchanka Stae Union so that they can carry out their responsibilities while they create newer power supplies. They have recently gained technology from the collectors and use that technology to create near-limitles supplies of power for the entire Union.
