The Internet Content Rating for Europe (INCORE) is an organization involved in developing a generic rating and filtering system suitable for European users. INCORE has as its core partners the Association of the German Internet Industry (ECO) (Germany), Internet Watch Foundation (UK) and Childnet International (based in UK).
