The panda has an affinity for southern rap music, breasts, bamboo, booze, and soul food. The panda was created after seeing an animated gif of a panda bear dancing. It has become an online persona, icon and marketing tool. The image was designed by a designer who goes by the online name of "Outlaw". The brand has been extended to merchandising and is currently available for purchase via cafepress.
