A jutsu invented by Shikami Nara that alters the flow of wind for 10-20 meters. He uses this to blow far away clouds to his position in order to create massive shadows to support his shadow jutsu. He can also use this jutsu as a sort of reconnaissance move. It allows him to detect the chakra levels of anything within the altered wind (much like Pain's Fierce Raining at Will).
