Toussaint Brangeard was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as the commanding officer of RHNS Comet, the dispatch boat that returned Admiral Gold Peak to Allied space after she had been paroled by President Pritchart. (SI2)
