Jobe-Vex was a moon that orbit the gas giant of Jobe located in the Alpha Quadrant. The moon was used as a Federation mining colony in the early part of the 24th century. It was also the birth place of the famous eccentric human historian Felix Adar. (Star Trek: Pioneer)
