He was previously able to be spotted in the Gnomecopter tour of the icy Hunter area hunting sabre-toothed kyatts before Gnomecopters were removed. He later appears in Daemonheim with Elfinlocks and Qutiedoll during a cutscene in the quest, Salt in the Wound.
