Moezer was an alien Starfleet ensign in the 24th century who was assigned to the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D in 2364. Moezer had a skin color which changed from green to pink, sometimes wore a helmet, and served in the sciences division. Moezer served standing watch at a post in transporter room 6. (TNG comic: "... Where No One Has Gone Before!") Moezer appeared to wear a lieutenant insignia on his or her uniform despite being addressed as "ensign".
