Ryan Allen Fowler (born March 25, 1996 in Ashland, Ohio) is an American football linebacker who is currently a free agent in the National Football League. He was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played college football at Duke. Fowler has also played for the Tennessee Titans and New York Jets.
