The general history of Phoenixus starts several centuries prior to what will be described elsewhere in this project. The people of Phoenixus, called Phoenicians[1] as a collective, originated in the eastern lands of the eastern continent, evolving from other species around 150,000 years prior to the present. These people and their societies were isolated for many years, and eventually the people began to disperse across the continent. The first 'nation' of sorts was created in the year 450 BT[2] along the eastern coast of the continent. These people used what they called the river of the sun, known today as the River Sol, to trade with other people forming their own 'nations' further inland.
