Dregmar Runebrand, a male magnataur runemaster, replaced Dammia Frostcut. He lives in a cave in Dragonblight and ventures out of it only to survey the landscape. His cave is strewn with the bodies of animals, some only half eaten, suggesting a huge appetite.
