Dragcul is the main villain of Planet Ophidia and is the main reason he learned the dark magic arts to wrap himself as a snake god and granted Sliver's wish. He's the strongest evil to even outmatch the Snake Gods! How he got this boost of dark matter, is unknown. But it must be found, for the world is in danger.
