Volroma is a Grass/Fire-type Pokemon made by Slk Mugen for the Pokemon: Waves and Flames editions. It evolves from Lilligant when leveling up while learning Magma Storm. It is one of Petilil's final forms, the others being Swatarsh and Lilypix.
