Yasuda is a farmer living in New Magincia. Meeting him in Ultima V, Yasuda spoke of how he and his fellow farmers had worked hard to build New Magincia and that they were now near completition. However, he darkly added that they would have been done by now if not for Blackthorn sending the Shadowlords to take away half of their harvest. He called the whole dictatorship self-righteous and false.
