The Boston Planning Council is an organization in Boston which deals with building design. Ben Laurette claimed to have been meeting with the Boston Planning council to Sara Laurette, his wife, while actually going to be with one of the other women who were also his "wives". Upon being contacted by Detective Alexandra Eames during the investigation into the death of Noah Preston, the Council revealed that they had not discussed anything with him in several years.
