Park Mains is the largest housing estate in Erskine, Renfrewshire near Glasgow. It was built in the 1970s as the town of Erskine was developed into a mini New Town. it has the highest crime rate in the town. this is highest around the Bridgewater Shopping centre. It has one of the largest state schools in Scotland in Park Mains High School, which has 1500 pupils.
