After the conclusion of the Second Wizarding War, Hermione returned to Hogwarts to finish her final year of education. She went into Magical Law and eventually became employed at the Ministry of Magic, heading the Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures where she further introduced laws in favour of better treatment of creatures such as house-elves. She married Harry Potter, and together they had three children; two sons, James Rubeus and Sirius Severus Potter, and a daughter, Lily Luna Potter. Hermione became the godmother of Neville and Luna's son; Harry Frank Longbottom.
