Hangerter (ハンガーター Hangātā?) is a rare enemy in Mega Man X3 that only appears in two parts of the game. The first time it appears is to hold X prisoner until Zero defeats Mac in the Opening Stage. The other time it appears holding the Chimera Ride Armor in Blast Hornet's stage.
