Donald Jakob Sutcliffe (3/13/1911-2/25/1996) was the second Prime Minister of the Republic of England under its modern Constitution and one of the founders of England's Labour Party, and is considered, after Charles Morgan, the most influential post-Anarchy politician in the country's history. He is also significant in that he was the first Jewish head of state in the history of a Western, industrialized nation, paving the way for the election of other Jewish heads of state, including Adam Eisler in the United States, Joseph Cheminau in East Prussia and Karin Jakobsdotter in Denmark.
