A way for you to refuel your Laika and gather some Items is the Petrol Station shop. They are found alongside the Autobahn, unlike the Outershops, which are limited to inner cities. In the GDR, they have very obvious "Mist Öl" branding, representing the German manufacturer of car oil, the name changes everytime.
