Talan-De was a male Voss from the planet Voss. He aided the Voss commandos stationed at the Shad-Ka Outpost and also aided the visitors to the Nightmare Lands in performing the guarding rituals created by the Voss Mystic Ki-Da that were necessary to protect one from the region's corrupting influences.
