The Shnict (also known as Schnict) were a race of small, sentient reptilians native to the tropical rainforests of the planet Gabbshu. They were notable for their shy and reclusive nature, and preferred to interact among their own species, although they did trust the Tolacs. The largest Schnict were under 1.6 meters high, and most were between 1.2 and 1.4 meters high. As a result of their small size, they also had high-pitched voices, which some other sentient species regarded as "cute", as the Shnict tended to sound like frightened children. In reality, mature Shnict despised this perception, which may have been one of the reasons that they were quiet around other species, save for the Tolacs.
