Spinning Typhoon is an attack in which the use must have both Wnid and Water styled chakra to perform it. Air is gathered from around the water from varying temperatures and condensced together over a nearby body of water, This in turn creates a miniature Typhoon. Wind is then implemented to increase the speed and destruction of the technique. The attack is mainly used to disperse many enemies at once, those that would have difficulty holding themselves firm using chakra control.
