Lucy Bedlam was a Grayson citizen from Burdette Steading. She was a cousin of both Claire and Mary Bedlam. She and Mary worked as strippers at the Birdies Club on the Blackbird Yard. They were killed when the yard was destroyed by the Mesan Alignment Navy's Operation Oyster Bay. (HHA6.5: OS)
