Maggie Corson was a troubled drug addict who lived at the Haven House. A friend convinced her that Sister Bettina had molested her after Maggie came to the House drunk. The case came to the attention of the police after she threatened to commit suicide in a diner. She was frequently raped by her stepfather as a child, but her mother didn't believe her.
