Lieutenant Douglas was a female who served as a Starfleet officer during the late-24th century. In 2375, Douglas was assigned to Starfleet Medical as a supervisor. Her commanding officer was Commander Hilliard and one of her subordinates was Ensign Weldon. That year, Doctor Julian Bashir spoke to her when trying to obtain Odo's medical file but she couldn't help him. (DS9: "When It Rains...") This character was only mentioned in dialogue. Douglas's entry on StarTrek.com states she was a supervisor in the "records department" of Starfleet Medical.
